How to Serve and Pairings:

My favorite way to eat this easy parmesan crusted chicken is with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans, but roasted veggies or a salad would also make great side dishes.

Storage Instructions:

This dish is best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftover Parmesan Crusted Chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. When you reheat it I find the leftover chicken becomes a little dry and not as crispy, but, even so its still good the next day.

Common Substitutions:

  • Parmesan Cheese: Substitute with Pecorino Romano or Asiago, or make your own cheese mixture with them for a similar sharp flavor.
  • Panko Breadcrumbs: Regular breadcrumbs can be used, though the texture may differ slightly.

Variations:

  • Spicy Kick: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breading mix.
  • Herb Infusion: Mix chopped fresh herbs into the breadcrumb mixture for added freshness.

Troubleshooting:

  • Breading Won’t Stick: Pat chicken dry before breading and press coating onto the chicken firmly.
  • Chicken Not Browning: Adjust air fryer temperature or spray some more olive oil and air fry it for a little longer.

FAQ:

Q: Can I use Italian Bread Crumbs or regular Breadcrumbs instead of Panko breadcrumbs?

Yes you can. However, keep in mind that it does change the texture of the dish a bit, but, still turns out tasty.

You haven’t listed Salt as an ingredient. Should I add salt?

I personally find that parmesan is already a very salty cheese, and I don’t find I need to add more salt. So if you normally like salty food you can add a sprinkle of salt, but I would be cautious of adding too much salt.

Now, armed with your trusty air fryer, flavorful Parmesan cheese, and aromatic garlic powder, it’s time to make the whole family happy with this Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe.

That’s it, everyone. This is a really easy recipe. This works as a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend treat! I hope you enjoy the crispy chicken and savor the joy of a meal that brings the whole family together!

The secret to a ridiculously flaky pie crust? Vodk The secret to a ridiculously flaky pie crust? Vodka. 🥧🤫

This pecan pie has a buttery, flaky crust, a gooey golden filling, and plenty of toasted pecans. And instead of corn syrup, I use golden syrup for a rich, caramel-like sweetness that makes every bite irresistible.

The vodka trick helps keep the dough tender and easy to work with, without developing too much gluten. You won’t taste it in the finished crust, but you’ll notice the difference!

Save this one for your Thanksgiving dessert table. 🍂🤎

Crispy Cornmeal-Coated Liver 🤎 If liver isn’t usu Crispy Cornmeal-Coated Liver 🤎

If liver isn’t usually your thing, this might change your mind.

I soak the liver in milk first to mellow the flavour, remove the tough silver skin, season it well, then coat the pieces in cornmeal before pan-frying until golden and crisp.

It’s an old-fashioned, budget-friendly way to cook liver that my family loves — and one of those recipes that makes me appreciate nose-to-tail cooking.

Would you try liver prepared this way?

This is the kind of dinner I want when it’s cold o This is the kind of dinner I want when it’s cold out and I’ve run out of enthusiasm for dinner.

Beef, rice, butternut squash, and a little coconut milk all cooked together until the rice is creamy, the squash is soft, and the broth is deeply savory. It’s somewhere between a soup and a risotto, except you don’t have to stand there stirring it for half an hour.

I make this in the Instant Pot, which means the beef gets wonderfully tender before the rice goes in. And yes, you should eat it right away — the rice has plans of its own and will happily absorb every last drop of broth if you let it sit.

It’s cozy, unfussy, and exactly the sort of dinner that makes a regular Tuesday feel a little better.

Brazilian Pudim 🤎 It’s funny how our taste buds c Brazilian Pudim 🤎

It’s funny how our taste buds change as we get older. This was my grandmother’s favorite dessert, and I never really understood the obsession.

And now? I’m slowly becoming obsessed with it, too.

Brazilian pudim is a silky, caramel-covered custard that looks far more impressive than the effort it requires. You make a quick caramel, pour in the custard, and let it bake gently in a water bath until it has that perfect, barely-there wobble.

The best part? It’s an excellent make-ahead dessert for a special occasion. Make it the day before, let it chill overnight, and all that’s left to do is loosen the caramel, flip it onto a plate, and admire your work.

And, ideally, try to get a slice before everyone else does. 🤎#tastyrecollections #easyrecipes #pudim #pudimdeleitecondensado #brazilianfood
🎶 Working 9 to 5… 🎶 And then coming home and real 🎶 Working 9 to 5… 🎶

And then coming home and realizing you still have to figure out what everyone is eating for dinner.

This is one of those recipes I make when I want something hearty and comforting, but absolutely do not want a complicated project.

Ground beef, potatoes, butternut squash, and a few pantry staples all go into one pot and simmer away until everything is tender.

I like using frozen butternut squash for this because wrestling with a whole squash on a Tuesday night is simply not happening.

It’s cozy, budget-friendly, and makes enough for leftovers — which means tomorrow’s dinner is already halfway figured out.

Honestly, that’s the kind of recipe I want after a 9-to-5.

I’ve been making a lot of banana things lately. T I’ve been making a lot of banana things lately.

This is partly because I like banana cake, and partly because my children have a very unpredictable relationship with bananas. Sometimes they eat them all. Sometimes they look at them as if I’ve brought home a completely unfamiliar fruit.

For this one, I make a caramel first, then add the bananas and cinnamon and let them cook for another minute. The mixture goes into the batter, and the cake gets a simple cinnamon glaze.

It’s a good cake for an afternoon coffee, or for when you have a few bananas that need a little help.

And if you have children, you may want to make two.

If you need a little help getting zucchini onto th If you need a little help getting zucchini onto the table, make these crispy zucchini fritters. 🥒

They’re cheesy, golden, crispy around the edges, and soft in the middle—and they’re one of my favorite ways to make a vegetable disappear from my kids’ plates.

The trick is getting the zucchini mixture to the right consistency. Moist, but not wet. If yours looks a little looser, just add a bit more flour. And don’t skip flattening them in the pan—it gives you even more crispy edges.

Serve them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as an easy vegetable side dish. They’re also a pretty good option for the zucchini skeptics in your life. 😉

Are you a zucchini person, or do I need to convince you? 👇

It’s intensely chocolatey, packed with crunchy walnuts, and topped with a silky white chocolate coffee glaze. And somehow, the banana flavor stays subtle enough that even a banana skeptic like me absolutely loved it.

It’s also a great way to use up those very ripe bananas that somehow appear on your counter every few weeks. One bowl, pantry staples, no special equipment.

And yes, I ate an embarrassing amount of this one myself. 😅
