- 200 g sugar 7oz
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond extract can subsitute for more vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 225 g all-purpose flour 7.9oz
- Pinch of salt
- 100 ml milk 1/3 cup +1 tbsp
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
- 280 g strawberries chopped (2 cups)
- 70 g sliced almonds 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Let your ingredients sit out for a bit so theyâre not too cold â it helps everything mix better.
- Wash, dry, and chop the strawberries. Set them aside.280 g strawberries
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (about 340°F).
