Equipment

  • 1 blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 300 g frozen tropical fruit medley or any other brand you like
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or more according to taste

Instructions

  • Add the frozen tropical fruit medley, yogurt and maple syrup to a blender or food processor
1/3 cup Greek yogurt , 300 g frozen tropical fruit medley, 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Blend until thick and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. If necessary, add 1 tablespoon of additional yogurt at a time until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
  • Spoon into a bowl and add your favorite toppings, such as sliced banana, fresh berries, coconut flakes, granola, or chopped nuts. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Note: If your blender is struggling and nothing is moving, don't force it. Add a little more yogurt or milk, 1 tablespoon at a time. Your smoothie bowl should be thick, but not at the expense of your blender's motor!
The nutritional information provided is an estimate only and may vary based on the specific brands and types of fruit and yogurt used.
Ninja Creami Option: For an extra thick smoothie bowl, pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours. Process using the Smoothie Bowl setting, followed by Re-Spin, until smooth and creamy.
