In a food processor, blend onions, herbs, egg, until finely minced.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
Divide the mixture into four parts, wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking, and shape the burger patties.
Crush cornflakes in a Ziplock bag or food processor, add it to a medium size bowl together with the paprika and the garlic powder. Coat each patty in it for that crispy exterior.
Place chicken patties in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlapping. Spray with olive oil and air fry it.
When your patties are looking golden brown, turn them, spray with some more olive oil and continue air frying until the other side is also golden brown. At this point your burguer are likely done, but it is best to check the internal temperature is safe to eat.
