Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease two 9-inch cake pans and sprinkle them with flour.
Get your blender out and combine the wet ingredients (bananas, oil, eggs, and half of the sugar).
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, breadcrumbs, the remaining sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon).
Add the blended ingredients to the dry ingredients to create your cake batter.
Divide the batter equally between the two pans, then bake for around 30-40 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool down.
Using a fine mesh sieve dust the cakes with icing sugar
