Ingredients

  • 360 g sugar
  • 50 g instant coffee
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Blend coffee, sugar, and boiling water until fluffy. 7-10 min
  • Add cocoa powder and cinnamon, mix gently by hand, then use the mixer. 1min
  • Scrape down the sides to fluff it up again.
  • Store in the freezer in an airtight container (don't overfill).
  • When ready to enjoy, scoop the desired amount of cappuccino and mix with hot milk of your choice.
